Add an oven to your camper the easy way!

This is a collapsible oven that sits on top of your stove's hobs. The hobs heat this Coleman and there is a temp guage so you can monitor the temperature. Can even cook a small chicken in there, and it has three tray level settings. Quite clever and does the trick. Best of all it's folds up and stows away.
Normally only found in America, a few places sell them here.
Unfortunately, it does not work on Westy hobs due to the depth of the oven vs. the hinged Westy stove/sink cover.

Alternatively, if you're looking for a cheap small microwave for your camper, without costing the earth, this place sells modified small microwaves that only use 500 watts which (when used with an appropriate inverter) can be used with lesuire batteries or at a campsite with little demand on the campsite's mains.
