westy joker fridge cooker controls

what do all the controls do?
easy one for starter looking in the cupboard there are some nobs to control gas one for cooker? one for fridge and one yellow what that master control?
dials on fridge how do i ignite this ( which dial do i press to ingnite)
what the the dial that green indicate( not leds) the one in the fridge area.
and what does the little tap/valve do which is on a liitle chain at the bottom of the fridge vent do
