Oil-filled engine mounts - where to buy?

The engine in my 1989 wasserboxer is shaking around a bit so I'm thinking to change the engine mounts, and oil-filled engine mounts have been mentioned on these forums a few times.

* What's the advantage over ordinary rubber mounts as sold by JK?
* Where can I buy them?
* Are they easy to fit?

Many thanks

They are available for other cars, as are heated ones but they are not something available for T3's.

He has a tid engine conversion.
When the TDI's are fitted into Golfs ,Passats etc, then they have hydraulic engine mounts.
The T3 however does not.
Hydraulic engine mounts do a better job of dampening engine vibrations.

Ooooookay, thanks. I'll use the JK ones then. Are they easy to fit, if I replace them one at a time?

Ah, if I was oop north I'm sure I'd get you to do it!

I don't have a trolley jack, so do I have to drop the engine or can I loosen them and carefully replace them one at a time, supporting the engine on the other mounts?

Many thanks for your help and advice.
