Seam sealer

Just tack welded a new rear arch to the van. What sealant is best to seal the seam?
I've seen tiger seal mentioned

I just used a grey colour seam sealer from local auto shop comes various colours I went for the grey one?
I think tiger seal is an adhesive rather than a sealer?
