Swivel seat base

Hi folks, just removed original swivel seat base to fit saab seats (Too tall) is the plate welded between the original runners part of the base.Thanks
hi yes it is .
the runneres should look like the runneres on top the swivel.
grind the welds. are you selling the base? if so how much?
