Hi,

I've just put a new clutch master cylinder on the van, no problems, I had crimped the brake fluid pipe to the clutch cylinder and changed it no probs.
First time of use there was no clutch at all,sat and pumped it for a while and mint I thought it all seems fine, can get all gears but the pedal seems to be right at the top before it bites.

Anyway I've took it now for a good couple of runs and it still felt fine, but today while out and about I braked and the brake pedal went straight down to the floor, well I bloody papped meself
Is this connected to the work I've done.....I'm going to bleed it tomorrow but any other thoughts will be welcomed.

Daz

The brake and clutch use the same resevoir so I suspect you have allowed the fluid to drop too low in the resevoir allowing air in the brake system
