Modification to bell housing for 'PD' input shaft

To accommodate the larger diameter (24mm) splines of the PD input shaft it was necessary to modify the bell housing:

The needle roller bearing is 25mm ID, there will be Viton seals either side.
With the spigot bearing this should produce a more robust arrangement and hopefully help to prolong the life of the gearbox.
I'll post some more pics showing setup prior to assembly.

This looks good, allows you to use the stronger input shaft I presume, and beefier clutch. 8)

Are you thinking of the pumped gearbox oil supply?

Hi Doug, have you decided what oil to use ?

I need to do an oil change on the box in my EJ25 bus. Some recommend Redline MTL/MT-90. Pete P seems keen on Amsol MTG.

Fuchs Titan Gear Syn 75w/90 from GSF, three years, 20k miles, more often if hard use :ok

Simon, have thought about it but that's about as far as it has got!
Andy, will probably use Fuchs so I don't invalidated the warranty!!
