gross vehicle weight ???

hi guys. anyone know the g.v.w. for a 89 westy calif. 1.6 td hi.top,trying to get autoaid to give me cover, cheers rick.

No I don't know but the T25 advertised that Karen posted with odd hightop states is 2,400 kg one that was/is on ebay

Take it to your local waste reduction site, bung 'em a few quid and they'll probably put it on the weighbridge and give you a printout.

That'll give you the current vehicle weight, not the Gross vehicle weight, unless by chance you've got it loaded to the max limit already!
Have a look on the VIN plate by the drivers door hinge - top line should give Gross vehicle weight, under that Gross train weight (fully loaded car+trailer), under that gross axle weights (1 and 2). Usally 2400kg RWD, 2500kg 4WD I think but if its built with increased/reduiced payload option it may differ.
