HAVING TAKEN DELIVERY OF MY T25 PROJECT, MY FIRST THOUGHTS ARE "OUCH" LOADSA PANEL WORK, SILLS ETC DUE TO BODY ROT. THE OFFSIDE GUTTERS HAVE A 1 FOOT GAP WHICH HAS ROTTED AWAY. IS THERE ANY "EASY WAY" TO REPLACE GUTTERS OR IS IT A ROOF OFF JOB?

First thing before anything else TURN YOUR CAPS off its shouting on here !!! Best bet as for the gutters would be get a section cut out a scrapper and weld that in?

O.K. caps now off :) . Is it a straight forward weld in place job? Can you buy lengths of guttering and do a full side?
No need for roof off then?

Hi Billy. It was registered in march 1980. If it is the type 2 guttering, how can I tell? More importantly is it good news or bad news :?

not sure if its good or bad!

early stuff is more of a 'C' section , the later is more a 'U' chanel gutter!

the repair will depend on how bad the rust is?
how good a repair you want to do?
how much you can afford?
what skills / tools you have?
