Non Starting AAZ Engine

My AAZ engine is playing up yet again...starter motor turns, glow plugs are fine , battery is fine , changed my fuel filter and when i went to bleed the air out of the injectors i realised the pump wasnt drawing any fuel. Could the fuel cut off solinoid be jammed shut? Does anyone have any ideas because im quite stuck now and i cant get it to a garage Aaaahhhhhhh!
