advise on stripping interior

How do I go about stripping the kitchen out of an A-reg Devon conversion pop-top (1.9 DG manual petrol) ?

It has the sink above the fridge, then a cupboard, then the cooker to the right of that, then another cupboard (access thru the top), then the wardrobe... all of this along one side, behind the driver's seat. Hope thats enough info, can post a pic if it helps.

This is because it needs MOT welding on the floor and/or sill, beneath the louvre window. How much do I need to remove, the whole lot or just the parts directly below the window?

Normally you will have to do it in order. R&R bed out first then follow it round.
