Westy roof fairing

I want to replace the luggage rack on my Westy roof with the Atlantic style front fairing to fit a sun roof. I have obtained the fairing but has anyone any idea how these are fitted? The luggage rack is secured to brackets mounted on the van roof with machine screws through the sides and front but the 'Atlantic' fairings I have seen fitted in pictures show no screws. And the fairing has a rubber seal around the base so it can't be secured with adhesive. :?

Any ideas guys?

HI

Probably going to wait for some better weather in the spring if you can wait that long.
It looks like nobody knows the answer so the best way looks like being to use the two side brackets and fit the fairing by drilling through the sides. This will make the two front brackets spare which you could use as a template for two new side brackets. They are dead simple - galvanised steel about two inches across bent at a right angle with a captive nut welded to the inside to accept the machine screw. The bottom of the bracket is shaped to fit snugly to the roof.
