how do i remove dash and replaced small bulb that lights temp guage and fuel gauge, the on on speedo is dull as can be too?

you get hold of the top of the dash pod (neaest the windowscreen there are two finger grips) and pull it towards you. It will go with a "crack" and you'll think you broke it, but you didnt!
bulbs are then right on the top, nearest you.
But before you do that, try spinning the dimmer on the headlight switch back and forth, they are known to be a problem, and get dirty within
