Just want to say thanks for everyones help with my problems with my recently brought T25. I havent had any expirence with these vans as I have only had Bay Windows before. And off course I am sh!t at mechanics.
With all your help I have managed to source and fit a secondhand starter motor, source and fit a reconditioned dizzy and get my bus running (just)
I have also replaced the carb linkage spring (thanks to steve at Gasure).
I have identified that my heat exchangers are gone so will be rather cold in the winter.

Three things left, my lefthand choke is open when cold!
My lefthand Brake Booster Elbow needs replacing
My central Air Cutoff is loose
Once I have fixed this lot I will book an appointment with Gasure and get my carbs sorted properly. I have to do it in this order as my van probably wouldnt make it up to gasure at the moment.
