Master Cylinder - Repair or Replace?

Hi Everyone, Happy New Year to You All.
My Master Cylinder has had it. Pumps up eventually but soon after pressure gone/pedal to floor.
We have replaced both calipers and both cylinders early last year and there are no leaks from these or the pipes throughout the system. So I assume its the cylinder ( teves type) from an early 88 van.
So am I better off replacing or is refurbing my own a viable option :?:
Thanks Pete

How old?

If you can get a Master Cylinder at a reasonable price I'd replace it...

Thanks, I reckon its an original so a trip to GSF needs planning.
Unless anyone knows anywhere better/cheaper?

I'm a bit old school and like to fix things if possible, so if the cylinder bore is good, you might get away with fitting a fit a seal kit.

If the van is just used occasionally and not your daily driver then it might be worth a shot!

You'll only know by looking, good luck!
