Hello all,

I have a PMS34, basicaly my question is, on the 12V side, the fridge has an fridge in and fridge out, so I would like to double cheak which is to be connected to the positive wire and which the negative, or if I am suppose to wire it up to something else? All the rest of the thing that can be wired in eg, lights, pump just have a + terminal and nothing else, so I just ground the - wire anywere as I see fit.

am i right in thinking this is a CEC or Plug-In-Systems unit? if so the fridge in and out are, +ve in from the Split charge system (your fridge should be wired to only work on 12v when the engine is running) and the out is via a fuse -still +ve.

Basically all you have is a way of fusing your fridge in the fancy control panel you are about to install! i never bothered when i fitted a PMS3 in fact i never bothered running the fridge on 12v at all, always on gas, even when moving!

i hope that makes sense but feel free to put it in your own words and i'll confirm it!

well you are sort of right, first I found the instructions, so that made the whole thing alot easier, one is from a split relay from the starter battery and the other is straight from the leisure battery. As you said this is so it can run on 12V from the starter battery when its running, but also 12V from the leisure when its stoped, not a bad idea, but it means I have to put in another relay! Off the top of my head I can't remember which is which.
