lambo doors anyone??

has anyone fitted or seen a t25 with lambo doors?i realise it would take a lot of fabrication but just wondering?if they have could i see some pics please.i have a stupid plan in the back of my head

Aaaah I can answer that having gone thru 100's of websites etc trying to get it sussed for thepast 3 years attempting it...!
All the ones I have contacted or got plans for involve a certain amount of strengthening and fabrication forward of the A pillar usually 10-18 inches. Theses can be rods, plates etc BUT what haven't T3's got in front of the A pillar? The T3 door is large and heavy and the noraml hinge points would def need beefing up as the weight pulls in a different direction once open i.e twisting the top hinge point downwards...
One of my future projects may well solve this tho - a SiKa with a roof chop and suicide lambo doors... don't watch this space tho could take years!!!
If you find a solution do share tho please, it'd look mental..!!!

cheers for that peet.just what i was thinking!i think you would have to remove entire front panel to strengthen the pillar!!
someone,somewhere will be working on it as we speak(as they have the common cold for 60 years)lol
