Propex themselves have a really good website - and when you ring them up - their technical support is fantastic. They are the best people to send it to....but it does mean removing the unit from the bus.
As Jason siad, it will only be exhaust or air intake.....if when the unit is on that pipe is hot, its exhuast! You just need some new tube by the sounds of it.
If you wanted someone local, you COULD try the motorhome place halfway down bluebell hill......they do have the occassional t25 in there. We tried with an aold hater we had that came with the van - they said it was too old for them. It wasn't propex though.

According to the instructions for my Propex Heater ''the heater & controls are designed to require no periodic servicing''. If you want any help go to their website & download the instructions for your particular model or complete a technical help request email form or phone Propex Heatsource in Southampton & ask to speak to Richard Kitchener. He is very helpful & can advise you on any problems & arrange to send certain parts to you.
The old 38mm aluminium foil pipe on your van can be replaced with new 38mm stainless steel pipe sold by Propex at around £18 per metre plus postage & VAT.
