Unusual Tailgate seal

My tailgate seal has perished and leaks. It's a rubber seal bonde to a weather strip that clips onto the lip of the seal channel.
Is this a standard seal or maybe an add-on when it was converted?
Where can I get a replacement like it as I've looked on the web and found similar seals but in a different orientation
