Replacement mattress foam?

Finally got a Vanagon R'n'R rear seat for my early 'Velle, but the mattress - the bit that fits in the rear loadspace - is missing its foam. Can anyone suggest where I can get a replacement foam from, or the dimensions it should be (and the right foam density) so I can get one cut?

(1983 Caravelle with flat vinyl side panels, NOT Multivan GRP panels).

Cheers 8)

I found these guy's haven't used them yet but they do all sorts of shapes and sizes and split density matresses so if like me your wife is half your size you both can be happy.
