Modified trailing arms...

Had my friendly blacksmith do his stuff.
After a lengthy technical discussion we agreed where the chalk line should go......

That is the way a rear arm should be modified ....... A nice smooth curve. No nasty stress inducing angles like on other modified rear arms we've seen here!! Good job.

Looks good, can you lay it on top of an unmodified one to show how much has been removed?

My friendly blacksmith (Ross Weld) is literally half a mile from me and I 've known them for years so when I have an idea, crackpot or otherwise it's easily converted into something tangible!
Did you have a good look under my T4?
Paint brush was handy as I was undercoating some timber.
