my relay burnt to a crisp because my earths were bad that it killed the battery trying to get earth from the pre heat my piont is were can i get a new relay as it plays a important part of the warming up my engine is a 1.9 dg the relay is 251 937 501 aand is fasten to the black box in the engine bay by 2 clips

is it just the relay or the holder with wireing.Whot year as there were 2 different types depending on year.Pre 85 and post.
