Hi Jonny,
I dont have a viking interior but I imagine that start with

DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICS AND THE GAS, DRAIN ANY WATER make notes of what goes to where as it will save time later. 8)

Doors and front panels,

Sink, grill, cooker

Basically take your time and work out what will move if you take that screw out, remove that bolt etc

Just see what you can get at and just work through it slowly.

If you are reusing the fittings or not its worth taking some photos, BEFORE, DURING AND JUST AFTER for each bit you remove.

Dont forget take your time and do not rush, have a coffee and a smoke but take your time.

Have fun Kris

Hiya Jonny,

We've got a Viking conversion so I'll ask Steve to give you some pointers tomorrow if no one else has. Think our interior is out for the third time now.

Take pictures as you go to help when you put it back.

If its like a holdsworth there is only one way to take it out and the reverse to put it back. Log what you do and take lots of pics.

Do you have to take the bed out first?
