I used some polyester webbing like on rucksacs and glued that in - seems to work well as is same sort of thickness as the felt was.

Hi just replaced mine on both sides as the windows rattled like mad.
i purchased the whole bit though from Custom and Commercial.
Which piece do you want to do as they come in sections or are you sticking with the original rubber and looking for felt on it's own. i imagine that's a damn site cheaper as 1 length that runs up the back along the top of the window was £29 but it does have a bendy steel frame in it.

djhammy your getting mixed up with cab door windows. I'm talking about side sliding windows and the felt inside the runner channel that eases sliding and stops any rattling

So how do you get to the felt that is between the windows ? Do you have to pop the whole window out and dismantle the aluminium surround ?

I don't know the specific felt in question, but a couple of places that might be worth a try are

I took the whole window out, unscrewed the vertical bar holding the fixed pane and then found there was enough flex in the frame to remove the glass when it was in the middle.

I got mine from leisure vehicle windows - sells two types a felt type or a woven type both by the metre. Located in corby 01536 266130. I was able to fit it without removing the glass by sliding it in with window open then closing and abutting the other bit.
