£1.25/l is an incentive to convert an engine and run it on bio?!? Gills of Brighton think so.

ps: have been checking out Elsbett conversions recently but can't find economic sense in a £1,500 full bio conversion and then over £1/l for the fuel in a van I will only do a few thousand miles per year in.

cheaper to use proper derv then....... so everyone will....... less they got more money than sense

Flibbertigibbet, Shabitat used to sell Biodiesel made and supplied by Green Futures in Shoreham (which is where i'm considering getting an Elsbett bio conversion done). Shabitat couldn't guarantee a constant quantity ie they kept running out, so they stopped supplying it to customers some time ago. In my experience, they do get some from time to time at a little less than forecourt biodiesel prices.
