Panel and glass thickness for window seals

Looking to buy some new side window seals frow Woolies trim (converted panel van)
Can anyone tell me how thick the glass is in a conversion and how thick the panels are so I can get the right trim as I can't measure up myself as the windows are still in the van at the moment.
I have an inkling the panel thickness is 1.6m and the glass is 6mm but I'd like to be certain
PS. And does re-fitting require the old indian rope trick or do the windows go in easily before fitting the retaining strip? (can't be sure if the wiki is talking about side windows or front windscreen)

http://www.wilks.co.uk/marine.aspx worth a shot to compare prices. Regarding sizes I thought I used 6 x 1.5 or similar but they are only showing 6 x 3. I think they changed their website. Nyway I but the rubber in the van first theen slot the window into the bottom. The corners are a bit tricky but a blunt screwdriver or plastic spatula can help. A blunt decorating scraper can be used to plop several inches in at a time. Best have someone outside (I install the insert on the inside for extra security) in case you drop it. I try not to used squeezy yet as it can get slippery. Once round the top corners the top is plain sailing. When putting in the insert I use a home made tool but one is shown on the wilks website. Whatever you do don't stretch the insert in as it will creep back over time and leave a big gap. In fact it is posible to slightly compress it as you proceed so it expands andcloses the gap tight.

PS I think the roap is for the windscreen but I never quie got my brain round it and got away with BF&I
