started the van on gas today as i always do, started alright , got 1 mile down the road out of the 30mph limit, foot down...... and nowt... it was as if it was over or under fueling .. it would not excelerate... switched to petrol... away she went.... 5 miles further switched back to gas and it seemed ok although as if it was trying to miss at low revs in a high gear but didnt actually manage it... any ideas please? 3/4 tank of gas and all up to spec on servicing etc ...

Is the motor getting up to the correct temp ?
On these cold days it could be icing in the vapouriser unit.
I don't think the gasure ones suffer from this ( mine doesn't ) but I have heard that others do. Some rely on warm water from the cooling system to prevent icing, which is why some systems say start on petrol and only switch to gas when the motor has warmed up.
Do you know who did the conversion ?

theres a wire come off somewhere in the system , lift the lid and have a check

Most common cause is low coolant, as the vapouriser is high in the flow it will easily get an airlock. Check your coolant level first
