Syncro vibrations after TDI install

I am getting vibrations from about 35mph to about 45/50mph which I understand is usually due to worn out drive shaft but this seems to have occurred once the TDI went in. Could it be the drive shaft is out of alignment due to the TDI install or is it more likely to be a duff drive shaft?
Also who sells drive shafts in the UK?

It wont be anything like alinement.Quite often when upgrading an engine to more power it will show up slightly worn parts that previously seemed fine.

This sounds very similar to my experience. I have fitted an AAZ engine and get vibrations in the same speed range. Only in top gear though. In third it will rev through these speeds without any hint of vibration. I took the propshaft off and that made the vibration more bearable.
I have been wondering if it was a fault with the engine set up but I am now beginning to think it might be gearbox related.
Anyone got any other thoughts?

I have just rotated the wheels and the vibration has gone. Looks like one of the front wheels must have thrown a weight or something.
