Some useful links off here:

Alternatively, you can buy fabrics, letherette (vinyl) etc from a fabric shop, John Lewis, etc.

I'm also thinking of doing the same - existing door cards not too bad, but want a nicer, more modern warmer covering than vinyl, so might go for a velour covering.
I read a thread somewhere about how to achieve patterns - lay thin foam between the fabric and the card, cut bits of foam out where you want strips and indents, then stick the whole think down. Some will be flat to the card, and some will be thicker with a soft texture.

That's the theory anyway. Just needs a few contact-adhesive fingerprints all over it to spoil the effect.

Go to B&Q buy some mdf or similar and use your door cards as templates. JK's dont fit very well.

Have a look at www.vwtrim.co.uk
I'm thinking about trying these myself but will probably wait to get all interior pannels in one go as postage is a bit steep.

Or if your're looking for standard cards get in touch with some of the breakers on this forum and put a wanted post up.

I'm sure you should be able to get a standard set together.

Believe me, the DIY approach is quite easy, and truly satisfying!

Mine are all co-ordinated with the cushions with a job lot of fabric off good ole e-bay!!

If your vinyl is shot, but the cards are reasonable, peel the vinyl off and put new covering on.

As for velour....ummm You really need something you can wipe down, clean easily - they can get well marked - kicked etc

Just a quick word of warning about JKs trim clips. I bought a load as we were DIYing all our door panels and they didn't fit.

Got all the panels ready to go on, pushed them on, stood back to admire my work and watched them fall off as I shut the door. They were too small!!

Ended up going to Halfords. Cheaper as well!

Tis easy, my cards were in reasonable nick, made new slider one from 3mm ply, used a 2mm foam type backing then recovered.
