Hi

Anyone got any spare awning gutter clamps (suitable for a 20mm pole) as i've just bought a 2nd hand Royal traveller 3 frame awning but its not come with any clamps and i cant seem to find any on the net and JK is showing out of stock, i have some suction clamps but the bore of the hole is smaller than the awning pole.

Need to get hold of some for Oktoberfest, hoping it doesnt rain as i want to do some waterproofing.

What products can people recommend for proofing, the awning has a polyester roof (standard tent like material), cotton sides and polyester bottom panels, i've used fabsil before on a tent many moons ago, not sure what to use on the cotton sides.

Thanks

Simon

cant help you with the clamps, or the water proofing, but i do have a brand new never been used canvas for one of them awnings sat here, no poles, no frame, just the awning cover, in a attractive purply blue colour scheme.........

Can't help with the clamps, sorry - but for waterproofing canvas you can't beat Thompson's water seal (the stuff meant to waterproof walls)

Its cheap, easy to paint on with a paintbrush & you can use it for proofing your jackets!

I've used it for many tents & awnings and would never go back to using the 'proper' tent waterproofing stuff
