propex malfunction

During a (very) cold dubfreeze the propex failed .
It fanned up, ignited, then promptly stopped.
It was tested for power .....OK
Gas....OK
Now Mark (t'onion) arced the supply (off,on,off,on,off,on) and it stayed on. He suspected a sticky gas solenoid.
Do I need to replace or live with it, till it's annoying.

propex engineers or self repair?

What gas are you using, camping gaz (butane) does not like cold weather

If your bottle is very cold to the touch that could be your problem

Joys of camping - heating that doesnt work in the cold!

put some Buckfast in it! :D . check the exhaust for blockages eg, spiders webs, muck an old sock!(thats what i block mine with when off-roading and forgot 2 take out, which gave the same symptoms as yours)
