O/S panel repair supplier??

I'm currently planning to repair my crumbling O/S sill and side panel. I have the lower sill that incorprates some of the inner floor but I wondering if anywhere does repair panels from the sill up to the lower U shaped crease (area in red on picture below)?
My panel has rusted through where it joins the sill and the area around my hook-up point is shot too. These are all below the lowest U shaped indent crease. The rest of the panel is fine. I know Schofield do a panel for that side but it has the lower sill profile and a pillar profile on it and all i want is the piece marked in red.
Or am I barking up the wrong tree and any self respecting body shop can fabricate a repair panel?
