Try HIC at

http://www.hertsinsurance.com

Got agreed value for £215 a year on my Caravelle and no problems with LPG as long as you've got a certificate. just called them.

Second that, seems to be the fixed price for them. They seem to know a bit about syncro's etc. They even insured mine on the road before it was uk registered.

Had a quote from Just Campers today fully comp my wife and I me with one sp30 3 yrs ago (in the van!!!) 9 yrs no claim 6000 miles pa. £173.66
Agreed valuation will cost £15 extra with photos. Was with Caravan Club but wasnt sure they knew what a Syncro was but I think JC did it reasonable because CC quoted £160 to renew, they gasped when I told them. Sure term direct £383 for same cover when I said will let you know they knocked £50 off if I did a deal today!!!

right what a palave that was finally got insured with footman james,

Glynwood wanted £399!
HIC wanted £330
Just campers undercut HIC at £277 but the reneged on the offer and went up to £309 as some of the details "werent right" when I went back to them ie 1.9 L engine not 2.1 like I said.
Footman James were £255 with legal protection, and 35 days euro breakdown/no home start etc. but what a lot of shopping around!

No, never go back.
If they can't give you their best price when you ask.....F'k em!
I hate all insurance companies, think they're all sh!ts & give crappy service if you every need help.
But then I'm just bitter & twisted!!

yes still have to deal with that, i did however ask that the euro cover did cover the vehicle due to it's age and was told it would.
