CREWCAB 50TH ANNIVERSARY DISPLAY


I am VERY pleased to be able to announce that we are within reach of getting 50 CREWCABS together for our


50th Anniversary of the VW CREWCAB display
.

This means that we will (if all things go OK) be putting a "VERY SPECIAL" plan into operation.


I bet you thought this was going to be an ordinary line up of vehicles ----- NOT SO


We will now be able to present our 4th in the series of "BIG DISPLAYS" along similar lines to the previous BIG VW/BAY/SPLIT displays.

I know I said, (well I was actually told!), we were not ever going to do any more "BIG" displays, .....................well, I lied.

This one is not actually going to be that big, (only 50 vehicles compared to over 500 or so used in some of the previous displays, and hopefully a lot easier to put into place), but it is going to make a BIG impression and will hopefully be made completely of VW Crewcabs. (or DOKA's to the more initiated Crewcab fans)

It will be called the VANFEST "BIG DOKA"

(so, that will give you a clue as to the layout of the display, which will include "DOKA" a "VW" and "50").

We will have one of our famous chocolate bus models of the BIG DOKA at our VANFEST Information Room (on end of Severn Hall).


We will be taking Aerial photography of the display and the rest of the site 12.00 - 14.00 on the Saturday.

I will be there for it.. although I have never heard anything from the original post you did weeks ago requesting people to get in contact... (PM'd and mailed and mailed the "VF team")

I still need a few more Dokas to make the display pure Doka & allow for no shows
