Sill/Bodywork/cab floor repair help

I have a few  questions on repairing my rusty bus.

Time has finally caught up with my sills and cab floor. I've closed my eyes when looking at them for a while now but the day has come when I'm going to have to tackle them before the MOT man turns them into crumble come May  Plus I've got a bit of money to do it which is a rarity.

I also have a few other bodywork issues but obviously the sills and Drivers side cab floor are the priority.

Question 1 Answered - Are these under chassis parts still available from anywhere (the bit with the drain hole)? PICTURE

The reason I ask is that on both sides they are starting to rust through in places and they are completely crumbling where they attach to the outer sill.

Found them on Vagcat. Side members 253801251 and 253801252

Question 2 - I need to remove the interior in order to tackle the rusty seam on the offside panel. Has anyone got any experience of repairing this using the repair panel from AH Schofield? (I have seen http://www.rustbuster.nl/Bus_zijpaneel/index1.htm) PICTURE

Question 3 - How much of a job would it be to repair the rotten sliding door sill and which parts do I need? In picture 1 would only a repair be necessary or replace the whole part?

Question 4 - Rusty floorpan. Is this just a case of cutting out the rot and welding in some new? The cause is most likely a leaking windscreen seal but that's for another day

Onto the less pressing rust problems

Question 5 - Is fitting a sliding door repair skin inner and outer a big job? Anyone on here done it? Does it cause any deformation? PICTURE

Question 6 - Can the front panel above the bumper be locally repaired or am I best fitting a new lower front panel? PICTURE

Question 7 - How much are the NS wheel arches from VW? Part 251-809-156 PICTURE

Question 8 - Can this be fixed by removing the rear window and welding in a plate? PICTURE

And finally a very low priorityQuestion 9 - How would I go about replacing this bit of guttering? PICTURE

Sorry for bombarding you with so many questions at once but come mid-september I'm looking to tackle these issues :oops
