I need to replace my top arm bushes after a recent expedition has completly finished them off, however while i was poking about i noticed that most of the other bushes could do with replacing. Im having trouble trying to get most of them locally an jk or gsf dont list them all. If im gonna have to go back to the dealer again i might as well upgrade if i can as its normally the same price as Vw

Polyurethane is 30% stiffer than rubber.
The bush at the top of the link rod is a right tw*t to do as it is never mind it being 30% stiffer.
Buy the bush from VW, beware that there are 2 antirollbar daimeters.
Upperwishbone bushes are quite complex and can't really be done in polyurethane, although we have tried but they will wear out still and would be very expensive, just think of them as a consumable item, they aren't expensive or difficult to replace either.
Powerflex have had some internal changes and radius rod bushes are on the list of things to do, but they have been doing them for 2 years now..
