Hello, i am currently refitting my T25, i am using 15mm plywood (not using the 3mm ply wood sandwich technique) I am struggling to think of a way to get the groove so its perfectly central to accept the T-Strip, i would ideally like there to be a router attachment? if not how do people do it?

P.S. I may well put togther a Wiki on this (not sure if i can just do this or i need permission?) ive been taking photos along the way and have a fare few tips that ive overcome

Use a router , you can get a narrow cutter with a bearing to control the depth of the slot. (As used for making biscuit joints ?)
The blade I have used was about 50 mm diameter, the thickness of the blade needs to suit the thickness of the leg of the edging.
The depth setting on the router itself will allow you to get the slot central on the edge of the panel.
Easiest done with the panels removed from the van but can be done in situ , use a hacksaw blade or narrow chisel to finish awkward corners.
Practice on some offcuts first !
