After having my fuel pump rebuilt, I have timed the engine & as always managed to get it out by one tooth so it runs like a bag of spanners.

I've tried using drill bits, circlip pliers & bits of odd steel to hold everything in place, but having had to time it yet again, I'm going to fork out & buy the right tools.

Where's the cheapest place to get my hands on a set?

Or if there's anyone in Taunton who has a set and wants some free beer/cider??

If the pump has been removed from the engine then you will have to not only set-up the pullies (crank/cam/pump) but also set-up the pump timing using a DTI (dial test indicator)

Just because the timing marks on the pullies line up does not mean the pump timing is right.

The basic kit to do the pullies can be found on ebay, the DTI can also be found on there but don't come that cheap.
