Double glazed usually have an inertgas pumped in after all the air has been extracted, this is part of the manufacturing process. If condensation is forming you have a leak or crack somewhere. Not sure how you will get it fixed unfortunately. Not much help..... sorry!:(

The windows use a standard VW factory-fitted type window seal.
The windows arn`t filled with anything, or vacuum sealed. Most of them have 2 tiny plastic plugs in the inner pane, if you have condensation inside then pull out the plugs and allow it to clear, may take a few days. Works best with the sun on it. Once it`s cleared, I used a hair-dryer to gently warm up the inside pane (which warms the air inside the unit) and then quickly put the plugs back in using a small amount of silicone sealant on each one to ensure a seal. Worked fine on one of my windows, which has stayed condensation-free.

Hi Thank WCJ
I don't have any problem with condensation it just the outer and inner are touching in the middle, I'll try removing one of the plugs heating the air to see if that will pop it back out like the rest of them.
By the way can you still buy these windows??
Anyway thanks for the info.

No longer available new, but plenty go second-hand, `specially from Germany. Unless it`s causing probs with the 2 panes touching I`d leave well alone. Probably over time the heat of the sun has warped the acrylic and that`s why they touch, my rear window has gone the other way and blown out slightly.

Which skin has bowed? Outer or inner? I guess it's inner right? If That is the case then a very much cheaper alterative is to repair it by buying a thin sheet of perspex (£15 from B&Q) and replacing the inside skin. Clear silacone sealant bonds both together perfectly overnight using clamps. Lots of posts about it on here. Tip: Lay the sheet of perpex on a flat wooden board and cut with a disc cutter. Also see:
