Gearbox removal

Quick question...is it possible to remove the gearbox with engine in situ?
I have AAZ engine with ABN gearbox and am looking to change to AAP.

Remove:
Disconnect batter/drive shafts at flanges/clutch slave cylinder/reverse light terminals/starter motor/gear change mechanism/bell housing bolts/gearbox mounting....think thats it
