Are they just insulated male and female 'spade' connectors - it's hard to tell from the photo as you can't see in the 'front' of them. Just the one cable core into each?

If its round pinned they llok very simular to computer power conectors but are actully slightly different. If they are flat blades, you can get them from Vehicle wireing products (single blade conectors or single covers, eather is very simular and interchangerble with VW ones). Another option is to take a bag to an autobreaker, find I mk2 golf or other contempory motor and cut all the conecotors out of it - while your at it colect some fuses and relays too - won't cost alot and its OEM logo'd conections so if your tidy no one would ever know its been changed.
What circuit is is actully off? Can't think of one with a latch like that off the top of my head.

Might be easier snipping them off and using some red male and female crimped bullet connectors like these;

If the ends are square I have a bucket load of them . So if you want to make up a new set happy to send you a set . If you want to connect to the existing ones you will need to buy the same type . What you doing with it.

Sorry guys for the lack of response, been servicing the camper and trying to find camera battery charger for a clearer picture. Give me a few hours and I will take another pic. The connectors are on the ISO stereo block which is pretty handy as I can disconnect the red wire to stop in draining my battery over a period of days! A different thread

Don't have time to change it now, so will keep disconnecting over night till I fit the inline switch.
