I have a nice Velle GL rear seat i.e near mint and have just bought a multivan rock n roll bed rear seat (a basic not bluestar one) which altho OK isn't anywhere near as nice a condition plus it dont match!
Is it possible to swap them over? Has it been done by anyone? Base looks easy enuf grind legs off n just bolt wood to the base and on it goes the top looks more complicated...

Problem you'll have (I'd have thought) is that velle backs are not nice to lie on. I toyed with that idea but couldn't see a way to make it work so actually skipped the rear velle seat entirely in the end..

I thought that too but they aren't too far removed from the bluestar beds but I'll chuck em on the ground n try it!!

Except a rock-hard armrest in the middle. Thats what put me off.

Yeah i thought of that too, be nice if you open em up tho wont they, 2 posts sticking out ya bed! Least it'd keep the wife on her side of the bed!
Maybe I'll jus take the material off 2 bottom ones n recover it!

If multivan seat is grubby and you have space to dry it for a couple of weeks then clean with a pressure washer. Did all our 'new' velle seats this way and they came up loverly.
