Nearside rear brake noise

I have a noise coming from the nearside rear brake which is like a ticking/scraping noise. Its only really noticeable at low speed and was rectified about a year ago by a garage who said it was just dirt in the brakes.
Its started again today so I have taken the drum off and cleaned everything up, but can't get rid of the noise. it sounds a bit like the drum is clipping the back plate or maybe the shoe? My drums have a small lip at the back, but nothing that causes problems when removing them.
I'm off to Cornwall on Friday, so really need to sort this, anyone got any suggestions?
