What is there to go wrong ?
The only really weak link is the regulator ... the yellow thing

These are the same thread as a blue Calor reg, you'll need to adapt from hose to the steel Westy pipe, unless you can get a Calor with the same ends ?

ok i should be more specific sorry

The pressure release valve is staying locked open so the tank won't hold any gas, also the gauge has packed up, i've taken the gauge off and it is not that so i guess it must be the float thingy inside the tank that has packed up

I'm not very mechanically minded so i am willing to pay someone to help me fix these problems if it is poss by sat.I've spoken to gasure and they can't fit me in in a week

vulture alert!
if you do end up replacing your tank, how much would you want for the old one and its bits (Gauge mostly, but all of it, inc regulator and pipes ect)
my gauge is fubar'd and im hesitant to take it to bits till i have at least one to look at, and replacement bits.........
i know this isnt any help to you now, but early worms and all that............
eastfailure may be able to help with a tank, but in a week your pushing it really, you may just have to get a interior bottle and regulator for the short term........ i'd gladly help, but im a bit far away, whilst the time isnt an issue the travelling costs are!
