Mechanic/garage recommendation

Can anyone recommend a mechanic or garage in the Worthing, West Sussex area. I'm looking for a diagnosis for my over revving 1.6TD JX engine, I'm going to do the work myself but I don't exactly know what is wrong with it!!!
