Anyone got any good pics or ideas for beds and units? Want to have a bench seat that will lie flat to turn into a bed, on a budget so guess r n r bed is out of the question?

Havn't a clue where to start, do the devon campers etc have the the rear part of the bed raised? i.e over the engine cover?

also who does the nice panelling carpet on here?

Chris

I suggest starting with waxoyl. Clean, remove rust, use rust treatment, and waxlyl. Then do floor as Kev says, then insulate and panel, etc.

waxoyl isn't black and sticky

this is what you need as it's a corrosion inhibitor too

Waxoyl Professional 120-4 Aerosol

Protection spray against corrosion

Professional protection against corrosion even in the smallest corners and edges - from a handy spray can.

* Forms a strongly adhesive, water-repellent protective film.
* Protects metal components in engine compartment and boot, on doors and door sills.
* Also for insulating electrical components against damp.
* Specific, economical application provides long-term reliable protection.
* Contains no CFC.

oh ok sweet, i always think of waxoyl as underseal, as thats what mine is, dont think it would be a good plan to smother the interior in that?
