Tap fuse location, where is yours?

Hi Folks,
Just been trying to get my tap working and made a little progress.
The problem was trying to get water to flow through the tap. When operated there used to be a noise from tap, then you could hear the submersible pump working and hey presto running water through the tap. Now there is no noise and no working pump. I checked out the pump and it seems to work when connected to a small battery. Therefore I reckon its the tap that is at fault. So my question, eventually....sorry, is where can I find said fuse? I have a bunch of fuses under the drivers seat, all of which seem fine. Thats where I'm up too.
Anyone point me in the right direction?
Its a John Cross conversion, according to Big Tam, its a 1984 1.9 dg 5 speed with a rather natty rollered paint jobbie.
It would be nice to have running water for our holiday next wednesday, according to the wife, so you can understand the pressure I'm under....
Thanks
Pete
