Clutch & Gearbox Problems

Hi All
Ok got the replacement thanks to Mr Ghia
But and this is the but Refitted the clutch then refitted the replacement gearbox bled the clutch.
The bite was about an inch & a half from the floor and went for a test drive. 1st, smooth, 2nd smooth, 3rd & 4th cool going up but coming down it wont go 4 to 3 without lifting the clutch whilst applying pressure on the lever.
Going into reverse is tight but I think thats due to the poly guide in the remote unit up front.
What due I need to fix it and sort it out.
