Horrible Squeaking from AAZ

				Hello,
my AAZ conversion is running fine, but it makes a horrible high pitched squealing noise all of the time It goes up and down with engine revs rather than van speed, so it's definitely coming from the engine. I had the alternator bearings fail on my old 1.9DG engine a while ago, and it sounds like that...could it be the alternator bearings on this engine?

I know there's a bit of a ding in the bottom pulley that's taken a nick out of the alternator belt, so I'm wondering if it's the pulley or belt somehow making a racket...is there anything I can do to shut it up?
Thanks

I'm driving to the Dingle Peninsula and back from Newquay as of Monday...so that gives me Monday morning to find somebody to tell me how bad it is...
