Hi all when i start up the van and its turning over the exhaust back box/tailpipe bangs against the body. As soon as its running it all stops. The engine is a 2.1 dj dont know why its doing it. The engine mount was replaced a couple of months ago but it was doing it before ever since i bought it. Its only a bother on start up but i want to sell it and any buyer is gonna think What the blithering heck so i need to sort it. Any ideas?

You mention 'the engine mount' have you checked all of the ones on the rear cross member coz there are 4 of them that tend to get forgotten about.

and did they replace the exhaust hangers? should be 2 of them holding the muffler in place, if you have the correct 2.1 exhaust.
